Paris Book Talk - La Régulière
On 16 July 2025, author and artist Rebecca Devika Dharmapalan presented a talk on her book My Pen Is Sharp like the Gun in My Hand: On the Revolutionary Feminism of the Tamil Tigers (Sming Sming Books, 2025) at La Régulière in Paris.
The event, co-organized by En Inam (@eminamofficial), brought together members of the Tamil diaspora, artists, and scholars to reflect on the intersections of revolutionary struggle, feminism, and memory. Through conversation, poetry, and archival imagery, Dharmapalan discussed the creative and political agency of Tamil women in resistance movements and the importance of archiving their histories with care.
