Values and Principles

At dharma., we are committed to embodying the following values:

  1. Archived Activism: We believe in a new age of social media rooted in the preservation and celebration of past activism, allowing for informed and sustained dialogue on critical issues.

  2. Intercommunal Solidarity: We strive to foster connections and understanding between diverse communities, promoting collaborative efforts to address social challenges.

  3. Decolonized Aesthetic: Our approach challenges the lens of white liberal feminism and works towards a more nuanced and inclusive portrayal of marginalized communities, recognizing their agency and empowering narratives.

Our Projects

Our inaugural project was in partnership with Dream Youth Clinic in Oakland where we developed and designed their first website. My priority was to develop an accessible resource hub that highlighted the unique work of the clinic while also creating a seamless development strategy. By developing an inclusive website and a well-structured social impact strategy, dharma. has assisted Dream Youth Clinic in Oakland in taking significant steps toward achieving its mission of providing no-cost, youth-led health services, centering reproductive justice, and supporting Black girls, Black youth, youth of color, and gender-expansive youth.
